Journey to Heaven offers the following outreach/support to homeless individuals in South Florida:
Transportation to Sunday services
Counseling sessions after services
We also offer needs assessment and assistance with everything from job hunting, housing, addiction treatment and recovery, as well as personal care and hygiene (showers, haircuts, healthcare, etc.). Changing Lives, Inc. has joined Journey to Heaven to provide clothing, food, essentials, and mentorship on Sundays after church services.
